Since around 10.30 am, it has not been possible to buy a train ticket, DSB said.
An IT error means that Monday morning you cannot buy train tickets from DSB.
This is according to DSB's press guard.
Travel cards and commuter tickets still work, but it is therefore not possible to buy a ticket on the DSB website, on the DSB app or in the ticket machines.
However, one can still travel by train. Passengers are encouraged to try to buy a ticket anyway and then contact the staff when boarding.
According to DSB, the error occurred around 10.30am. It is not known when the system is expected to be up and running again.
