The West Finnish man is amazed. After a long day at work, she decided to visit a pizza buffet in southern Finland.
-I had to eat a snack and get to the hotel.
It was just over 17 on Monday.
The couple noticed that there were only a few table clubs and no queues.
-We wondered when there are usually a lot of customers. We paid for buffets, about 13 euros per person. When we came to the line, the sight stunned. There were only a couple of old pizzas on the tables.
-Another couple arrived in our family and fortunately, before paying, their intelligence checked that there was nothing to eat. There were also shortcomings at the salad table. The hot dishes included dry and wrinkled fried buns, burnt chicken wings and really dry meatballs, lasagne, nine onion rings and four corn cob halves. When the staff was asked where all the food is, the customer service representative said they were coming, the customer tells Smile.
– Shortly before our departure, a group of just under ten boys arrived at the restaurant, who also wondered where the pizzas were. I thought I wouldn't go further with the restaurant staff, I would take pictures of the place and put them at the corporate headquarters, which would surely handle the customer feedback in style. I got an answer to send feedback directly to the restaurant that I would answer. I told you that I was already giving feedback right away and it did not lead to anything.
However, the regional manager came back, telling him that there were close to 100 customers in the area and that the pizza had run out for a moment. According to the client, he was also told that there were new staff members and therefore the situation required little learning.
The feedback did not satisfy the paying customer. According to him, the concept restaurant must be prepared for situations.
