I am surprised, the face of the Platform is a former MP and MEP, as well as the Secretary of State and Government Plenipotentiary for Developing a Program for Preventing Irregularities in Public Institutions has a completely different view of the world than former colleagues from PO. What is the reason? Mysterious suspension During the last elections, the issue of the suspension of Julia Pitera in the rights of a member of Platforma Obywatelska came to light as party president. Or maybe a common sense approach without all that party luggage? I don't know, but Julia Pitera's words sound extremely honest- … No one will defend and should not defend the judicial system. (…) I doubt Borys Budka, because he set the Platform wrong when it comes to defending the judicial system in Poland. He is the face of the defense of the old system … The young woman agreed with the diagnosis of the state of our judiciary issued by Law and Justice- … The judiciary was terrible. People waited for several years for sentences, they did not know how long for justifications … If it were an individual event, one could say that embittered Julia Pitera was actually acting to the detriment of the party. However, an interesting event was also told by the editor of Gazeta Wyborcza Piotr Gołuchowski on TVN's TV station. It also concerned the case of our judiciary- … It has become so complicated. I tried to explain it to my 20-year-old son, who is completely disconnected from political reality, but he understands very well, he is a student of mathematics at the University of Warsaw. (…) He simply arranged it for himself. (…) I tried to explain it to him ab ovo, that is, since the PO appointed two judges in reserve, I laid out all these levels for him, absolutely without saturating it with my views or the “Gazeta Wyborcza” line at all. He scratched his head and stated that PiS is right … An egg smarter than a chicken? Or maybe the analytical mind of the future mathematician caught all the inaccuracies in his father's arguments? The first swallows bringing spring? And yet Leszek Miller also added something to our better caste after the outrageous court verdict on the rape and fatal beating of a 3-year-old boy- … What are these judges? Ziobro is unfortunately right … He is right and this shows a survey, as much as 75.1 percent. Poles want judges to be disciplinarily accountable to an authority independent of judicial circles. There was even a March for fair courts under the patronage of Gazeta Polska. He was more numerous than those of the opponents of total opposition. Is this the slow end of the Judge's Council for Rescuing Caste, SROK-abbreviated? I hope so.
