Harrison Ford caused a new plane crash at a California airport. The actor claims that he did not understand the instructions he received from the control tower. Ford, 77, has been involved in several incidents and plane crashes over the years.
The American actor caused a new plane crash at Hawthorne Airport in California last week.
The star claims to have misunderstood the instructions received from the control tower.
According to an audio recording obtained by the TMZ platform, the star was told to postpone the landing, because another plane was preparing to take off. In the recording, the operator at the control tower can be heard angrily saying that the actor ignored his instructions.
Harrison apologized, saying he understood he had to clear the track.
The two planes were not, however, in danger of colliding, because the one who took off was able to make this maneuver before reaching the area where the actor was piloted.

But authorities have opened an investigation.
According to a spokesman for the actor, he is about to update his pilot's license in order to participate in humanitarian actions in the context of the crisis caused by the pandemic.
Harrison Ford, who has been flying airplanes since the 1990s, has been involved in a number of plane crashes and accidents over the years, but says he will not give up his passion.
In 2015, he fractured his pelvis and ankle when the plane he was flying suffered an engine failure and had to make an emergency landing, according to Mediafax.
