After validation of the operating procedures by the Regional Health Agency, it could accommodate people – who do not have a treating doctor or who cannot access teleconsultation -, potentially infected with Covid-19, without signs of seriousness (cough, fever or feeling of fever, headache …). One of the goals is to relieve emergency department load and allow hospital doctors to better manage the most severe cases.
The treating physicians, the emergency regulation service (15) or the staff of the CPAM du Rhône telephone platform (04 26 10 77 77) could therefore refer patients to an appointment at the consultation center except for people in a precarious situation who would be welcomed directly on site.

– Thank everyone who works to care for the French in this pandemic period
– Be in solidarity with people with reduced mobility or in the event of a disability, who must benefit from meals delivered to their homes
– Support breeders and the regional sheep industry who are struggling to market lamb meat. During this period of confinement, consumption habits are disrupted; lamb meat traditionally consumed during the holidays has been less cooked in recent weeks.
This is why, the regional sector of meat farming, through its interprofession, decided to organize a donation circuit of lamb meat to supply the kitchens of the Center hospitalier du Forez, the kitchen Centrale de Meyzieu, from the central kitchen of the Val de Saône medico-educational institute, Cuisine, inter-administrative restaurant in Lyon, the Hospices Civils de Lyon.

Announcements by the Minister of National Education: Snes-FSU reacts
“The Minister of National Education announced the use of continuous monitoring for the 2020 session of the baccalaureate and the DNB (…)
In these unusual health circumstances, the concern of the SNES-FSU is that of the health of staff and students. It is also the concern that young people obtain a fully recognized diploma: the baccalaureate juries must make it possible to analyze the marks with regard to the students' files. It will be a question of putting the results of the pupils in perspective with the elements of this file so that they are not penalized, even while the “all continuous control” reinforces the effect high school.
It is essential to prevent inequalities from widening further. However, the opposite would happen if the 3rd grade, if any, is used for the 3rd, 1st and 12th grades: students who drop out due to confinement will be clearly harmed. The scores for the 3rd quarter must not be counted under any circumstances. The sanitary and educational conditions (number of texts) for organizing an oral in French will be problematic.
The use of the notes of the year can therefore only be exceptional. Before the confinement, a calendar of meetings of the committee for monitoring the reform of the school was established to arrive at proposals for changes for the year 2020-2021. These changes remain essential and the SNES-FSU continues to demand a complete overhaul of the reform of the school and the bac.
The gravity of the situation has led to a change in the format of this year's baccalaureate, but many other issues must also be addressed, from a health and educational point of view, for students and staff. The SNES-FSU has already challenged the Ministry on the devices provided for at the exit from containment and for the return to school. Responses are awaited. The crisis has had a profound impact on our society, especially the education system. It does not change the responsibility of the SNES-FSU: being by the side of colleagues and defending them, even and especially in times of crisis. “

Orthodontics: what to do in case of a problem?
By phone, email or text, it should be possible to contact the orthodontist with questions during the practice. A quick response most often reassures the patient and offers him a course of action.
In some cases, the orthodontist will request photographic or video documents of the situation, by email or via teleconsultation. He will help the patient manage his emergency by explaining how to remove the injured part of the device himself or with the help of a loved one and / or write a prescription. If the emergency is severe, the patient will be referred to a dental emergency department.

Easter holidays: departures prohibited and checks reinforced
The Easter holidays officially begin this Friday evening for zone C (Ile-de-France and Occitanie). But “there should not be any departures on vacation in the coming days. All those who are in violation will be punished, “said the head of government, Édouard Philippe.
To ensure that the French concerned do not leave, the Minister of the Interior, Christophe Castaner, has strengthened controls on major highways, but also in airports and stations, where “the rail supply is reduced to 6% of its capacity ”.
The gendarmerie will reinforce the service dedicated to Covid-19, this Friday and all weekend, with checks on roads and motorways as at the Villefranche-Limas toll on the A6.
10:55 a.m. : 7,300 daily teleconsultations in the region
Since the start of the health crisis, the number of teleconsultations has exploded, reaching 7,300 daily teleconsultations at the moment with 6,500 service users.
The exceptional relaxation of teleconsultation rules since March 10 and the need for health professionals to ensure continuity of care, in this context of epidemic, have made take off the uses of e-health and in particular of telemedicine . The regional teleconsultation service of the GCS (Health Cooperation Group) Sara was made available free of charge, under the supervision of the Regional Health Agency, for these teleconsultations. They make it possible to provide remote medical follow-up (case confined to the home, follow-up of a chronic illness, renewal of a prescription, …) or to carry out primary consultation of suspected Covid-19 for doctors but also , for midwives, to continue monitoring their patients and for physiotherapists who had to close their offices, to follow up on rehabilitation exercises.
Hospitals in the region as well as nursing homes for the dependent elderly have also increased the use of teleconsultation.
The League against cancer remains reachable
The Rhône committee is physically closed but the Espace Accueil Cancer maintains its line. Patients can call 04.78.24.14.74.
The mayor of Vénissieux, Michèle Picard, requests systematic screening in nursing homes
“I asked the director general of the Auvergne Rhône-Alpes regional health agency, Doctor Jean-Yves Grall, so that a systematic screening of Covid-19 could be organized in Accommodation establishments for dependent elderly people ( Ehpad) and the residences for the elderly in Vénissieux, in order to protect the most vulnerable and the primary care staff.
In the Grand-Est region, the most affected, the city of Nancy, in agreement with the ARS, has just launched it within a communal nursing home.
Given the scale of this pandemic, we can only be concerned. In Vénissieux, several residents of the Tulipiers nursing home died with suspicion of Covid-19.
The government recently called for the strengthening of protective measures within the Ehpad. The figures communicated today by the Regional Health Agency regarding the number of reports of residents of Ehpad affected by Covid-19 or likely to be, should encourage us to strengthen our vigilance and our actions to limit the expansion of the epidemic. “
10 hours : the gendarmerie brandishes a red card

“Thank you garbage collectors and letter carriers “
This Lissieu resident invites everyone to do the same. In his commune, the inhabitants affixed, on the garbage cans, an A4 sheet with the only word: “THANKS”, put in a pocket. Ditto for the postman. “They are going to work, their stomachs are scared for them and their families, to make our lives easier, for us, the confined. This is the minimum that everyone can do,” she explains.
