This crisis caused by the coronavirus has certainly upset the planet, has taken even strong states unprepared and will change our lives in one way or another. With the hope that we will soon overcome it and return to some normalcy as soon as possible, this crisis I think has opened the eyes of many and, if we don't learn any of it, everything has been in vain. Here are 6 things I think we should stick to after this pandemic:
1. Hygiene is essential
With this crisis, we all found out that many did not even know how to wash their hands properly. At least so good to get out of this. But things should not stop after the madness has passed. As a general note, it is always important to take care of personal hygiene, to wash our hands often, especially when using the toilet, going to public places with large crowds of people or using objects that many people have put their hands on. And let us not touch our faces with our bare hands! This is important with or without coronavirus. There are other dangerous viruses in nature. Or, for example, many types of staphylococcus, which can lead to eye infections or dermatological warts. Even the most banal forms are very difficult to treat and annoying.
2. Nutrition is extremely important
It is a leading cause for many health-threatening diseases, from cardiovascular disease to anemia or diabetes. All of these make us more vulnerable to diseases in general or in themselves represent diseases with high mortality on the planet. Such as cardiovascular diseases, which are among the leading causes of mortality, or the lack of iron that leads to anemia and is an aggravating factor in even the simplest operation.
Immunity depends largely on the deficiencies of vitamins and minerals in the body and these are largely determined by nutrition. To take a first step towards cleaning your nutrition and nutrition habits, you can start with my list of foods and rules, the ones I apply, which you find HERE, and the table of wrong and correct food combinations, you have it HERE with all explanations, essential for good digestion and nutrient uptake.
3. Cover your mouth when you cough
We have been told this since the coronavirus crisis broke out, but it is very important to do this ANYWHERE, not just now. There are other viruses that we can spread or take. And they resume the way to proceed:
– cough / squeeze into a napkin which you immediately dispose of and wash your hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. or disinfect them
– if you cough / sneeze on the arm or sleeve, they can become so contaminated and then spread the virus so you have to immediately put your clothes in the wash
– If you have coughed / sneezed in your hand, wash immediately, as described above, or disinfect hands with alcohol solution
