– All parties work hand in hand to help medical staff to minimize the corona pandemic that is increasingly massive in Indonesia. Health workers are at the forefront in tackling the virus.
These health heroes start from doctors, nurses, laboratory health analysts, pharmacy, cleaning services, administrative officers and all professions related to health facilities.
Seeing this reality, the bikers of large motorcycle users who are members of the Indonesian Big Motor Club (MBC) Indonesia are moved to contribute to support the struggling health workers.
With the tagline 'MBC Indonesia Cares for Co-Opponent Medical Staff-19', they are doing a social service by giving food packages. The donation was handed over to the Navy Base Base Lantamal III Jakarta, Jl. Gunung Sahari No. 2 North Jakarta, where here is also part of the Covid-19 virus response task force.
The delivery of all donations from MBC Indonesia residents was made directly by Irianto Ibrahim, Secretary General of MBC Indonesia and received by representatives of Jakarta's Lantamal III.
Irianto said that this social action was one of the agenda of carrying out the mandate set forth in the MBC Indonesian Articles of Association, namely caring for victims of natural disasters, orphans, orphans or because of calamities that needed help. Like the suffering experienced by the people of Indonesia due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
Besides Lantamal III Jakarta, MBC Indonesia also distributed groceries and a number of donations to the community around Duren Sawit, East Jakarta. About 150 of these people are Ojol, Bajaj drivers and the poor.
“Alhamdulillah, we have conveyed the mandate from the people of MBC Indonesia, God willing, the people of MBCI Indonesia and their families are always under God's protection. Stay victorious and move on, “said the man who is familiarly called Rian.
Rian asserted, the community must be strong and optimistic and change the outlook to be more positive. At present the contribution of all members of the bikers community is needed to help this crisis quickly pass.
“Let's work together to provide support so that the Corona virus outbreak will soon pass. Health workers are not alone in facing this difficult situation. We will always support health workers as the vanguard of fighting the Covid-19 virus, “continued Bro Rian.
On the other hand, MBCI President Rudy Sutanto said he was deeply concerned about the disaster of the Copid-19 virus that struck Indonesia. Therefore MBCI moves to help, especially from the economic impact suffered by day laborers such as Ojol or day laborers and the poor.
To that end, MBC Indonesia Advisor Rizerius E. Hs, also appealed to the community and especially the MBCI residents to share in order to cope with this disaster.
“In addition to the form of funds, goods and energy as well as thoughts, it can comply with the government's recommendation to stay at home except for urgent matters,” he concluded.
Seeing the conditions on the ground, there is still a lack of facilities and supporting facilities for health workers such as personal protective equipment (PPE) in carrying out their duties such as masks, gloves and protective clothing for handling COVID-19.
Rian said that in the future MBCI will seek PPE for health heroes who are struggling in overcoming the dangerous epidemic. (dp / MTH)
