What are you missing at this time?
Greater systematicity and readiness, I guess we've all been somewhat unprepared, and maybe it's good that we can now realize it. If it had more potential to kill than it would be, it would be an incredible tragedy.
What is missing?
People's appetite and commitment to address it. Every day I see a huge determination on my people and around the city not to let it go. It gives hope that it is not as bad with us as it may sometimes seem at the normal pace and stress. Most people work great.
Is there anything positive about home quarantine?
Finding out that good people have not died and most people don't care what is going on, want to help and get involved.
Has anything upset you in recent days?
Sometimes I come across an idiot, it upsets a lot, but that happens in the normal situation. But now it probably annoys more.
What made you laugh?
Circus around respirators and masks. He got a really grotesque form.
What are you reading?
Now almost exclusively during the day instructions and commands and reports. There's no chance any more.
What are you watching on TV?
This is my ritual and I need it before going to bed. Yesterday I started going down Westworld for the third season. I have it with my wife at bedtime in the evening and we both fall asleep :-]
What music do you listen to?
Here unchanged, I just noticed that during the day I have a more frequent tendency to dig up the music I listened to in the past. So now I'm more likely to get wet with Motorhead or Runnig wild and Deep Purple and it helps me to survive sometimes during the day.
How do you get information?
Internet, now practically exclusively.
What are you afraid of?
From convulsive reactions and irrationality. Sometimes it flashes in reactions and I always scare when it happens.
What will you never forget from the last days?
Deploying those people around. I really feel good about it. It's really great what these people do.
To what you believe?
Common sense combined with what science offers – it seems to work.
Who or what made you happy last time?
It is really stupid, but I was very happy on Monday when we started babysitting for staff at the clinic – it took enough energy to get it up and running and I was very pleased by our staff by taking it seriously and solidly and helping. We have toys for kids and everything, it works great, people take turns to watch with volunteers. Thanks to this, the clinic continues to move to the fullest.
Have you changed your eating habits?
:-] yes, I would not survive without a gynecology canteen…
Is there anything you will give up after the epidemic?
Probably yes. I am quite pleased to be confronted every day to decide what is and what is not important. Probably try to keep it even then, bullshit better and earlier to recognize and fry in time from the table.
Who do you value today?
I have practically 110 people at the clinic today, now I see “in the kitchen” at each department better and a little differently than ever. Every well-functioning person with the courage to go to work in the morning and work in these conditions is school for me. Every one of those working and self-employed people these days, I will remember that and have my respect and respect.
