MILAN – Over 400 thousand euros reclaimed between 2013 and 2014 on foreign accounts attributable to Ruby's ex-boyfriend, Luca Risso, who then asked to transfer part of that sum (about 300 thousand euros) to a bank in Playa del Carmen, a well-known locality vacation in Mexico where Risso himself opened an Italian restaurant. This was told by a police inspector listened today as a witness in the Ruby ter trial room who sees Silvio Berlusconi and 28 other people as defendants (especially the so-called little olgettine but also other guests of the evenings of Villa San Martino) who according to Milan prosecutors they would have been bribed by the former prime minister to make false or reticent testimonies in the cycle of trials on Arcore's sex gate.
The witness, who conducted the investigations on the income of the ex-partner of Ruby also thanks to a series of international letters rogatory carried out in Switzerland, Germany and Mexico, spoke of a correspondence account opened in a bank in Frankfurt and formally to an institution of Mexican credit. It is here that between the end of 2013 and the beginning of 2014 two transfers were made (the first for 25 thousand euros and the second for 20 thousand euros) arranged from a Carige account attributable to Risso's parents, always with Luca Risso as the reason for the payment. Two other payments (from 300 and 60 thousand euros) were then transferred to the same current account in 2014, starting from a current account opened by Risso in 2011 at the Pkb in Lugano. Money that Risso, as emerges from the investigation documents, wanted to transfer to the Playa del Carmen branch to start his business.
Alleged big corruption
The suspect of the assistant prosecutor Tiziana Siciliano and of the prosecutor Luca Gaglio is that that money was part of the alleged maxi corruption carried out by Berlusconi in favor of the guests of the evenings of the bunga bunga Arcore to buy their silence in view of the trials on the sex gate of Villa San Martino. Precisely in that period, as emerged from today's testimony, Risso tried several times to have an interview with Berlusconi: he telephoned several times to Arcore and also went in person to Villa San Martino, without ever being able to meet the ex premier.
In her pc, seized in her parents' house in 2015, an email was found addressed to Berlusconi: Dear President, I am writing to you because I was unable to speak with you. Among the investigative documents a message ended, sent via sms from one of the seized cell phones, in which Risso complained of Ruby's excessively spendthrift attitude: Ruby squanders all her money, she does not use it for her daughter. Finally, it emerged that on December 10, 2012, the day of her testimony in the courtroom of the trial that saw Berlusconi accused for bribery and child prostitution, the young Moroccan was in Mexico.
