Apple has recently surprised mobile phone users by surprise with the iPhone SE (2020) smartphone. This one became immediately popular as it comes with an iPhone 11 mobile phone processor and provides more memory for storing data. The new iPhone also comes with a 11.9-inch or 4.7-inch 1,334 x 750 pixel LCD screen, and below it is a button with a built-in Touch ID fingerprint reader. On the back is a 12 megapixel digital camera that captures 4K videos at an average speed of up to 60 frames per second, while the webcam offers a resolution of 7 megapixels. Wireless and fast charging are also supported.
As the new iPhone SE (2020) is modeled after the older iPhone 8 smartphone, it is no surprise that components of the older one can be used to repair the new model. The fans have found that in this way we can replace the digital camera, the webcam, the SIM card holder and the vibrating Taptic Engine. We can even replace the screen here, but we will remain without True Tone functionality. Certain parts are very similar to the Home button, for example, but can only be replaced by authorized Apple Stores.
Care must also be taken with the battery. Although the iPhone SE (2020) and iPhone 8 smartphone's batteries look exactly the same, we can't replace them. The problem is with the different connector that allows the battery to be connected to the baseplate. However, there are quite a few components that are the same for a newcomer as the iPhone 8 smartphone, which will undoubtedly be a cheap repair in the event that we are not ready to repair the phone ourselves.
