Recently, online rumors have emerged that Apple is slowly restarting production in China as the situation with the coronavirus is easing there. This should, in principle, be good news for all iPhone fans, but the question is when can we expect the release of a new iPhone 12 smartphone. Although Apple's production will soon be back to normal, we won't likely see the iPhone 12 before October or even until the end of the year.
Experts believe that one of the key reasons for the delay of the iPhone 12 smartphone is the poor sales of the current model. Apple is expected to sell as much as one fifth or 20 percent less smartphones in the second half of this year. In addition, Apple plans to produce as many as four versions of the iPhone 12 smartphone, namely two iPhone 12s and two iPhone 12 Pro models. In the first place, all newcomers will be equipped with OLED screens, while current cheaper models will come with LCD screens. The more expensive iPhone 12 Pro models also stand out for more cameras (including the LiDAR sensor).
Despite the poor predictions, experts are convinced that Apple will do everything in its power to launch the iPhone 12 smartphones in the shortest possible time. If not, the computer giant is set to launch at least two models out of the four announced. Whether or not this will actually happen will, of course, show us the time.
