There is a controversy over human rights violations, as the government is discussing a way to fill the 'electronic bracelet' for self-isolators of new coronavirus infection (Corona 9).
However, this is not an “electronic bracelet,” but is actually a “wrist band” that connects a smart phone and Bluetooth.
“Currently, the government is considering how to connect a wristband and a mobile phone,” said Jong-Hyeon Park, head of the Public Relations Management Team at the Pan-government Countermeasures Support Division, who appeared on CBS Radio 'Sisazaki Jeong Kwan-yong' on the 6th.
According to the plan, if the distance between the electronic bracelet and the smartphone drops more than 10m, an alarm sounds and the health authorities are notified.
Next, the team leader Park said, “To make self-price management more efficient, we have created and utilized a self-isolating safety protection app. “The solution is to connect the wristband used in Hong Kong to the mobile phone via Bluetooth.”
“With a wristband, if you leave your cell phone, an alarm will sound and the official in charge can immediately report to the police,” said Park. Institutional supplementation must be done first, ”he added.
Meanwhile, Hong Kong is implementing an electronic bracelet system. If you are classified as a person in quarantine at Hong Kong Airport, you will have to wear an electronic bracelet stamped with the date of entry and go through your registration system at your home to stay within 14 hours for 14 days.
After that, they designate a lane to stay for 14 days, and if they leave the registered lane during the quarantine period or leave their smartphones, the government will enter the chase.
